Chalmers Robotics Society (CRF) at Chalmers University of Technology is famous for a lot of things but above all a food processing machine instantly popular by all who sees it. I am of course talking about the Wafflemeister3000!
It was CRFs member Bengt Vänerhall who came up with the idea of an automatic waffle machine. It was completed in 2007 and Wafflemeister3000 is the successor to this mother of all waffle machines. Wafflemeister3000 can produce up to 5 waffles at a time with a baking time of 200 seconds each. The machine is completely computer, attachable by USB, controlled and allow for some moderation of the baking process. The machine has visited Dreamhack, the worlds largest computer LAN, on several occasions, serving waffles to hungry visitors.
